Sliced squash
Instructions:
Make the chicken cutlets and sauce using the recipes above
Add sauce, chicken cutlets and squash in a baking pan
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
Options: add goat cheese mozzarella or butternut squash
