Ingredients:
Lobster tails, shelled
Shrimp - peeled and deveined
Cod
Muscles, rinsed
Clams, rinsed
1 stick of butter
1 lemon
chopped Garlic
Olive oil
Water
sea salt
black pepper
red pepper
Italian seasoning
Optional:
White wine
Parmesean cheese
Instructions:
In a large deep fryer pan, add olive oil and water (about 1/4 inch) (for those who are drinking, add white wine.)
Add chopped garlic and saute
Add butter
When bubbling, add clams and muscles, squeeze lemon into pot & cover with lid
Cut up cod and lobster into cubes, peel & de-vein shrimp
When clams begin to open, add the remaining fish
Add all seasonings and cover pot
Cook, stirring occasionally until lobster and shrimp are pink and muscles have opened.
When done, serve in bowls as a bouillabaisse or pour over Grain-Free Homemade Pasta
Sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
