Seafood Bouillabaisse

Ingredients:

  • Lobster tails, shelled

  • Shrimp - peeled and deveined

  • Cod

  • Muscles, rinsed

  • Clams, rinsed

  • 1 stick of butter

  • 1 lemon

  • chopped Garlic

  • Olive oil

  • Water

  • sea salt

  • black pepper

  • red pepper

  • Italian seasoning

Optional:

Instructions:

  1. In a large deep fryer pan, add olive oil and water (about 1/4 inch) (for those who are drinking, add white wine.)

  2. Add chopped garlic and saute

  3. Add butter

  4. When bubbling, add clams and muscles, squeeze lemon into pot & cover with lid

  5. Cut up cod and lobster into cubes, peel & de-vein shrimp

  6. When clams begin to open, add the remaining fish

  7. Add all seasonings and cover pot

  8. Cook, stirring occasionally until lobster and shrimp are pink and muscles have opened.

  9. When done, serve in bowls as a bouillabaisse or pour over Grain-Free Homemade Pasta

  10. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
