Bison Nachos with Goat Cheddar and Guacamole

this one below is for a 3-4 person snack
Ingredients:
Siete Grain-Free Tortilla Chips
1 lb of bison meat
olive oil
taco seasoning
water
goat cheddar, shredded
1 avocado
salsa (I prefer mild)
1-2 tbsp lime juice (fresh squeezed or bottled)
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
In a deep sided skillet, add olive oil to coat the pan and add bison meat
Cook until browned, stirring occasionally
Add 1/4 taco seasoning for each lb of bison meat
Add 2/3 cup of water for each lb of bison meat
Cook uncovered for 4-5 minutes
In a stoneware dish, line the bottom with Siete Grain-Free Tortilla Chips
Add bison meat
Sprinkle goat cheddar on top, generously
Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted
Top with guacamole
Guacamole
In a bowl mix avocado, lime juice and salsa
