Paleo Berry Pancakes
These pancakes are Paleo, Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free!

Servings: Makes 4 large pancakes
Ingredients:
½ almond flour
½ cup tapioca flour
¼ cup coconut flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
½ cup coconut/almond milk
½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
butter
Instructions:
Combine flours, baking powder and coconut/almond milk and mix well by hand.
Separate egg yolks and add to mixture.
Beat egg whites until fluffy and add to mixture, mix well by hand into a batter.
Crush berries and mix into batter.
Cook on a buttered griddle pan on high heat and flip when slightly brown.
Cook flipped side until brown
Add more butter or other toppings
