Grilled Cod with Green Summer Squash and Baby Tomatoes

Ingredients:
Cod
green summer squash
baby tomatoes
water
salt
pepper
Dill
Thyme
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat grill to high heat
Lay out one sheet of aluminum foil and fold up edges to form a pan
Add water to the pan - approx. 1/4 to 1/2 cup-based on ingredients
Lay down the cod in the foil pan
Peel, then slice green summer squash
Cut baby tomatoes in half.
Place on top of the cod in the foil pan
Add salt, pepper, dill, thyme
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top.
Fold up aluminum foil until wrapped tightly
Grill on high heat for 15 minutes
