Grilled Chicken with Broccoli and Butternut Squash

Ingredients:

  • chicken breasts

  • broccoli

  • butternut squash

  • water

  • salt

  • pepper

  • Italian seasoning

  • extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat grill to high heat

  2. Lay out aluminum foil and fold up edges to form a pan

  3. Add water (approx. 1/4 to 1/2 cup-based on ingredients)

  4. Lay down chicken breasts

  5. Add all ingredients, drizzling extra virgin olive oil last.

  6. Fold up aluminum foil until wrapped tightly

  7. Grill on high heat for 30 minutes, no need to turn over
