Bison Burgers with Grilled Peppers & Onions with Avocado

Ingredients:

  • Bison meat

  • peppers

  • white onion

  • water

  • salt

  • pepper

  • italian seasoning

  • extra virgin olive oil

  • avocado

Instructions:

Peppers & Onions

  1. Lay out aluminum foil and fold up sides to form a pan

  2. Add water, peppers & onions

  3. Add salt, pepper, italian seasoning

  4. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top

  5. Fold up sides of aluminum foil to form a closed pouch

  6. Grill on high heat for 15 minutes

Bison Burgers

  1. Form bison meat into burger patties

  2. Add salt and pepper

  3. Grill indoors or outdoors for 5 minutes each side

Slice avocado, add burger and peppers & onions to the plate
