We Deserve It!
At first glance, the baby Kermit meme is funny and we can all relate to it.
But if you think about it, there's alot of guilt behind that statement.
When we are trying to make better choices for ourselves and initiate change in our behaviors, we immediately sabotage ourselves with this kind of thinking.
Why do you think that is? No matter how much you convince yourself that you are ready for change, for some reason our default mindset guilts us so that we feel the need to rationalize or justify NOT making change.
This is when we need a mindful shift. Instead of telling yourself that YOU DESERVE to remain held back by this old behavior, change your mindset to tell yourself that YOU DESERVE to move forward.
Now that's self-love.
