Resilient or Resistent?

There are many times we think we are pushing forward to reach a goal and doing all the right things. But somehow, nothing we try gets us to that goal. When you are searching for something that seems out of reach, stop and think for a moment if you are being resistant to it.

Sit with your intuition and ask yourself, "What is holding me back?" You might be surprised what you find in response. Hidden in your subconscious, your resistance might be due to fears, limiting beliefs, impostor syndrome, or letting someone else down.

Human nature has a way of stopping us from achieving our goals, even without consciously thinking about it.

But our bodies tell us the truth. When we quiet our minds, we can feel it, sense it.If you are unsure why you may be stuck from achieving your goals, take the time to sit quietly and listen to what your intuition tells you. Whatever word(s) come to mind first when you are doing this is exactly what is holding you back. Once you learn what it is, sit some more and look for guidance in how to move forward to overcome it.
