It takes courage to live by your values.

Your faith and values create a strong foundation for your mental health. With this foundation, your life becomes easier- fears dissolve, your decisions, walking away from negative relationships, setting and creating boundaries, how you engage with others and who you allow into your heart.

When your at a crossing point of how to move forward, take time to sit in quiet or journal and look within. How does this path align with your values? How does it align with your faith? When you do that, it's easy to see which way to go.
